Charlie Lee is an accomplished senior executive with 25+ years of experience building and growing businesses, with a focus on general management, strategy, marketing and operations. He is the Chief Executive Officer for Conexiant, a leading global healthcare destination that combines trusted clinical content, deep audience engagement, and broad educational resources. 

Prior to joining Conexiant, Charlie was the Chief Marketing Officer for MeridianLink, and has held leadership positions at global organizations (Experian, Freecreditreport.com and Household International), high-growth marketplace businesses (Ten-X / Auction.com) and transformational SaaS platforms (MeridianLink.)

He is a passionate and galvanizing leader with deep B2B and B2C expertise, accompanied by a deep drive for building and leading highly accountable and accomplished teams towards a shared vision, culture and purpose.

Charlie earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he was a Chancellor’s Scholar.  In his free time, Charlie likes to play golf and soccer with his family and travel.
