Individuals enrolled in an education program leading to eligibility for licensure as a nurse practitioner, physician assistant, clinical nurse specialist, advanced degree nurse, or pharmacist working in or interested in Oncology. Student membership may include advanced practitioners participating in fellowship and/or residency programs in oncology or hematology. Auto-renewals are processed 1 year from the date of member registration and payment using the credit card provided during registration. IMPORTANT: View frequently asked questions about upcoming transition to auto-renewal for all individual memberships. Group PricingGroup practices and hospitals who wish to provide their entire staff (5 - 100) with APSHO benefits at a reduced group rate should contact APSHO to set up a group membership. Each employee will have their own member account with a unique username, password and member profile. Term is for 1-year.
