Beth Sandy is a nurse practitioner in the Abramson Cancer Center at the University of Pennsylvania for the past 20 years, and an oncology nurse for 25 years. She specializes in the care of patients with lung cancer and head and neck cancers. She holds various editorial positions for oncology journals and newsletters and has published in textbooks and nursing journals about management and supportive care for patients with lung cancer. She frequently co-chairs and moderates regional and national conferences and speaks nationally on topics related to the care of patients with lung cancer.
